Portable oil transfer and filter system
The Halex filter cart is an economical tool that helps to prevent damage to a system caused by contamination, thereby reducing system down-time. It utilizes the Halex Coil and, optionally, the Thermal Managment System (TMS). The Filter cart has many applications in the plant or field:
- To transfer fluid from drums or storage tanks to system resevoir
- To condition fluid
- To filter-out system oil that is a result of system component failure
- To recirculate system oil without the need to shut-down the system
- To remove water from oil (optional 3rd stage, 3 micron water-removal filter)
- To clean-up contaminated hydraulic oils
The standard filter cart has two filters instead of one. The 1st stage course filter gives 25 micron filtration, and the 2nd stage filter gives 10 micron filtration.
Models are available with a rating of 5 gpm or 10 gpm.
