Immersible magnetic system
The Halex Neo-Bar is a removable “in-tank” magnetic system designed to significantly reduce and control iron contamination levels in fluid tanks and reservoirs. It uses a series of powerful rare-earth magnets which are sheathed in an easily removed stainless steel casing and can be suspended in any reservoir. When placed in a tank, the Neo-Bar's strong magnetic field attracts and retains destructive ferrous contaminants that circulate in the fluid.
The Neo-Bar's E-Z Clean system provides a quick and simple method for the disposal of trapped particles. Without draining the tank, the Neo-Bar is extracted from the tank. Its outer casing is removed and wiped clean of particulate. Once cleaned, the outer casing is replaced over the magnetic core and the Neo-Bar is reinstalled in the reservoir.
The result is cleaner lubricant or coolant that will reduce maintenance costs and extend the life of expensive equipment.
